Executive Board Meetings are scheduled for one Thursday every other month at 3:30 p.m.. Additional Exec Meetings will be scheduled if necessary.

Please Note: Committee heads are NOT required to attend Exec Meetings unless presenting something for the Exec Board to consider and/or vote on.

Committee Heads should plan to meet on alternating months when Executive Board is not scheduled to meet:

September, November, January, March & May
Committee heads should set up meeting dates, invite participation, and add meetings as needed to carry out plans.
